Chul Park - Botanical Garden
Travel and Leisure Magazine has listed Tohono Chul Park and one
of the Ten Great Botanical Gardens in the world. A spectacular place
to visit. Desert plants, flowers, birds, art gallery, and spend
the day and eat at The Tea Room.
Sedona
Botanical Gardens
Located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Highway 89A
and Arroyo Pinon, it features native plants and arboriculture found
only here in Arizona. It also features local artwork of javalina,
coyotes, rabbits, and birds. It is a quiet and beautiful garden
spot.
Desert
Botanical Garden
The Desert Botanical Garden, located in beautiful Papago Park, Tempe,
Arizona. Their goal is to advance excellence in education, research,
exhibition, and conservation of desert plants of the world with
emphasis on the Southwestern United States. It holds one of the
world's foremost collections of desert plants.
Tucson
Botanical Garden
Founded in 1964 by horticulturist and collector, Harrison G. Yocum.
It has been development as a botanical garden to serve as a horticultural
center,
a sanctuary for wild birds, and as a center for education. The Living
Collection contains over 21,000 accessioned plants representing
3,931 taxa in 139 plant families.
The
Arboretum at Flagstaff
200 acres with a historic log house, Horticulture Center, and a
large solar greenhouse. The Arboretum strives to increase the understanding,
appreciation, and conservation of plants and plant communities native
to the Colorado Plateau, through research and education.
Boyce
Thompson Arboretum
The Mission of Boyce Thompson Arboretum is to instill in people
an appreciation of plants through the fostering of educational,
recreational, research, and conservation opportunities associated
with arid-land plants."
Arboretum
at Arizona State University
The Arboretum at ASU is managed by the Facilities Management Ground
Services Department, and encompasses the entire Tempe Campus. It's
open to the public seven days a week, dawn to dusk and free of charge.

Campus Arboretum
The University of Arizona holds a truly unique collection of plants
from arid and semi-arid climates around the world. Many campus trees
are the largest specimens in Arizona and have been designated as
Great Trees of Arizona.
